Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In case of a high order volume, there may be slight delays in shipment. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such times.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your package's journey to you.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Any customs duties or taxes applied to your order are the customer's responsibility. Uoozii is not liable for any fees incurred during or after shipping, such as tariffs or taxes.
Damaged Shipments
While we take great care in packaging our products, Uoozii is not responsible for any items damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim process. Remember to retain all packaging materials and damaged items for the claim filing.
